I am Bágyok Károly, SeishinDo Master, founder of Seishin therapy and the SeishinDo approach. My path was not born overnight. Decades of study, searching, research, practice, and personal experience led me to the point where SeishinDo became, for me, not only a method, but a way of life.

For a long time, I searched for my own path. I went through difficult periods, mistakes, losses, and deep turning points, but it was through these experiences that I truly learned that a person can change when they are willing to look honestly at themselves, take responsibility for their own life, and work step by step on their inner healing. This is the journey I also share in my books: I do not promise miracles, but self-knowledge, responsibility, practice, perseverance, and inner work.

For me, Seishin means the path of the soul. Seishin massage and SeishinDo therapy are based on the understanding that the body and the soul cannot be separated. The body affects the soul, the soul affects the body, and real change can begin when a person reconnects with their own inner strength. A Seishin therapist does not promise healing, but helps create the conditions in which the treated person’s physical and emotional self-healing processes can begin.

The foundations of the method took shape in me over many years. In 1997, I began to intensively research the effects of energy on the human body, and later, through my treatments, experiences, and teaching, I continued to refine Seishin therapy. In 2018, I decided to dedicate myself fully to practicing and teaching Seishin therapy. In the same year, I founded the Seishin Therapeutic Center, where since then I have been working alongside three colleagues from morning until evening to help those who turn to us. Due to growing demand, the therapeutic center continues to develop year after year, and today it has become one of the region’s important alternative therapy centers.

Also in 2018, I founded the Seishin Academy. At the Academy, with the help of Seishin Masters, we train more and more Seishin massage practitioners and therapists each year. In addition to therapist training, we also offer numerous courses for the general public, because I believe that self-knowledge, understanding the connection between body and soul, managing stress, practicing positive feelings, and conscious inner work can be important not only for therapists, but for every person.

In my books, I follow the same path that I represent in my treatments and teaching. I write about emotional health, self-healing, the power of positive feelings, bioenergetics, developing intuition, the healing power of words, inner dialogue, the emotional connection between child and parent, the aura, and the foundations of Seishin massage and SeishinDo therapeutic work. For me, these books are not separate ideas, but parts of one larger system: a system that views the human being as a physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic unity.

I believe in the power of words, touch, attention, and the right emotional space. In therapeutic work, I do not consider it most important to search through the past, but rather to create an emotional and energetic environment in which a person can rediscover their own inner strength. The words we use can build or destroy; therefore, as a therapist and teacher, I turn with great responsibility toward those who come to me for help or learning.

My goal is simple: to help people come closer to themselves, understand the signals of their body and soul more clearly, and find the inner strength they need for change. I do not believe in quick, empty promises. I believe in work, learning, loving presence, taking responsibility, and in the fact that every person carries within themselves the possibility of a fuller, more harmonious life.
