Terms of Use
These terms apply to the closed Seishin Academy web platform and mobile app.

1. Provider
- SEISHIN TEAM S.R.L., CUI 29043905, Str. Garoafei nr. 30, Sfântu Gheorghe, Covasna County, Romania; info@seishinmassage.com.
2. Access and account
- The service is for registered and approved students, therapists and staff. Registration does not guarantee automatic approval. Users must provide accurate information, protect their password and not transfer their account. By registering, the user acknowledges that if the online account is later deleted, the minimum student data needed to verify completed courses and certificates remains in the school’s separate records.
3. Acceptable use
- The app provides courses, tests, practice, financial records, orders, notifications, feed and chat. It is not individual medical diagnosis or advice.
- Unauthorized access, automated scraping, malicious code, harassment, threats, hate, fraud, spam, unlawful content and infringement of privacy, personality or intellectual-property rights are prohibited.
4. Content and moderation
- Users retain rights in their content and grant the non-exclusive licence needed to store, technically process and display it within the closed community.
- Posts, comments, chat messages or users can be reported and blocked. The provider may investigate, restrict or remove content and suspend access. Another person’s image, personal, health or special-category data may be shared only with authorization and a lawful basis.
5. Materials, fees and shop
- Seishin materials, tests, images, branding and software are protected and may not be copied, published, resold or reused for teaching without written permission.
- Fee and payment status is an administrative record; contracts, invoices and authoritative accounting records prevail. The shop concerns physical goods or real-world services, not in-app purchases of digital content.
6. Notifications and availability
- Necessary messages may be delivered in-app, on the web, by email or by push when allowed. Disabling push does not remove essential account messages. Maintenance, network or provider failures may cause temporary interruption.
7. Suspension, termination and law
- Serious/repeated breach, security risk or the end of the student relationship may lead to restriction or suspension. Account deletion can be requested in My Profile.
- Romanian law and directly applicable EU law govern, without limiting mandatory rights. Contact: info@seishinmassage.com.
